Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy


What Payment methods are available?

We’re all in for providing easiest payment process. Hence, we accept payments through

  • Net Banking

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • BHIM UPI

  • PayTm Wallet

  • PayPal/International Cards

  • EMI

Offline payment

We have our channel partners, students can pay to channel partners and get referral codes, and by using the codes they can access the packages for which they paid to channel partners.

We've tried to offer the commonly used Payment Options. However, if you wish to pay through any other method, feel free to reach out to us at support@edbot.co.in and our team will get in touch with you accordingly.

In case of payment failure

Payment failure might arise because of a problem in the PayTm portal or a problem with your card/payment options.

If possible, we would recommend you to try again with a different payment option. Or feel free to get in touch with us at support@edbot.co.in and we’ll help you with getting access right away.

Refund policy

Though we recommend students to buy our packages after going through free Trial period, even if students don’t get satisfied after buying the package we offer No question ask refund period of 7 days. During this time student can drop a mail to support@edbot.co.inrequesting for the cancellation of package and refund the amount they paid for the package will be credited to the original account from which it was debited within 15 working days. In some special cases we will also refund the amount after 7 day period.

*Though, a refund cannot be claimed more than once and is also subject to extreme usage.

If students don’t receive refund within 15 days Email us at support@edbot.co.in with the details of your purchase and we will see what’s holding up your refund.
